I tried to order something for store pickup but it was cancelled due to lack of inventory. The cancellation email that I received said someone from the store would call to give me options. Nobody ever called. Nobody offered to have it shipped to my house either. A week later I got a promotional email for a Milwaukee flash sale and at the bottom of that email was an advertisement for the exact same product that I tried to order. I clicked on the link to see if it was in stock now but it still wasn't so I ordered it to have it shipped to my house. It seems like I am going through more effort to buy something from you than you are to sell it to me.
This place doesn't care how much of your time it wastes, or how much mis information it hands out. Spent an hour on the phone trying to order a product with no luck, said I had to come into store to place order. Drove 30 miles to store only to be told that they can't place the order there, that someone will have to Call me back to place order. What a waste of a store.

Northern Tool has the most helpful employees of any store in which I have ever shopped. Whether you are dealing with the people at the check out or picking something up from the warehouse, the people are totally helpful and courteous. Northern Tool is one of my favorite places to shop!
